- Usage Data: We automatically collect data about your interactions with the App, such as the features you use, the time spent on the App, and the packing lists you create.
- Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including the hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Camera and Photo Library Access: With your explicit permission, we access your device's camera and photo library so you can upload images of your wardrobe items. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device's operating system settings. Revoking access will limit your ability to upload new wardrobe items, but will not affect your existing saved looks.
C. Transaction Information
If you make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features, payment information is processed securely by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not collect or store your full credit card details. We only receive confirmation of the transaction and subscription status.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Maintain the App: To create and manage your account, allow you to upload photos, and generate your 27 look options.
- To Personalize Your Experience: To tailor the app's aesthetic and recommendations to your fashion preferences.
- To Improve the App: To analyze usage trends and user feedback to enhance our features, design, and overall user experience.
- To Communicate with You: To send you updates, security alerts, support messages, and administrative notifications.
- To Process Transactions: To manage your subscriptions and in-app purchases.

This is a native in-app flow — no email required. Upon deletion, we will permanently remove your profile and all uploaded photos from our active databases within 30 days.
- Device Permissions: You can revoke the App's access to your camera or photo library at any time through your device's operating system settings. Note that doing so will limit your ability to upload new wardrobe items.
- Opt-Out of Communications: You can opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe link in those emails.
5. Data Security and Retention
We implement commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. When you delete your account, your user-generated content (wardrobe photos) will be permanently removed from our servers.
6. Children's Privacy
The 27 Looks App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
